Instruction

This fast-paced interactive seminar was designed to help lawyers use elicitation techniques to discreetly gather critical information from adversaries and enhance their overall professional conversational skills.  The curriculum, developed in consultation with senior legal professionals registered and practicing in Pennsylvania, is taught by CFR security and intelligence professionals.  The seminar uses real-world examples and practical exercises to help illustrate critical learning points.
